Open Learning Course

To help engage your staff with continuous learning within a reasonable budget, we conceived a new learning concept: Learning Cafeteria.  Comparing with the traditional training assignment, Learning Cafeteria allows your staff to register courses of their own interests, using the PERSOLKELLY Consulting company vouchers you provide them.  The autonomy is deemed to improve employees’ proactive participation.
